OilWatchdog reader "Alternative Energy Evangelist" points out this You Tube video of Hillary Clinton proposing an alternative energy fund, paid for out of ever-rising oil company profits. Sounds exactly like Proposition 87, which narrowly lost on the California ballot last November. Can Washington succeed? You wouldn’t want to hold your breath on that one.
